My yoga journey started over 26 years ago with my first yoga class at Bodywise in Bethnal Green, London. And since then I've been practicing Yoga and movement, Mindfulness and for the last few years deep Embodied Listening (Inner Relationship Focusing), which has been a real transformational journey.
During last two decades I trained in various movement, healing and wellness modalities and I bring all of that experience into my work with clients, which creates integrative approach, a unique mix of bio-psycho-social & spiritual approach that is client-led and compassionate.

About
Report
I arrived in London at the age of 18, almost 30 years ago. I lived in Brixton initially and I didn't know anybody there and I also didn't speak the language that well. I felt scared and alone and had no support. As you might guess those first few years in London were very challenging. You can imagine - 18 year old introverted girl, on her own, without any adult supervision or support.

Our focus is on your needs and working in a private session allows all those individual needs to be addressed, something that is impossible in a group class.
