Recently forgot my contact lenses when visiting family on the South Coast. Explaining my dilemma over the phone, without hesitation Tracey from Spex was able to coordinate with my local opticians and find a close match to my prescription, all over the course of the busiest summer bank holiday weekend; over and above the efforts of the chain brand I've been a customer to for 15 years.
