Whilst on an important journey I got a puncture - I came off at Sunderland and initially went to a well known tyre place begining with K where I was given short shrift. I went across the road to Hi-Performance where I received stunning service. Adam was polite, friendly and helpful and despite being busy, sorted the problem and got me back on the road. Can’t recommend highly enough
