Judith enjoys travelling and walks in the countryside. She also has five chickens at home which keep her busy and often brings eggs into the office for her colleagues. Gill qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has been working exclusively in private client departments since 2008. Gill is the Partner responsible for managing the Probate Department.
Pricing
Report
Fees range from 750.00 to 2,500.00 plus VAT per property, depending on the value of the property and whether it is freehold or leasehold. In addition to the above, there are other fees to pay including search fees, stamp duty land tax etc. We also deal with Transfer of Equity, Remortgages, Declaration of Trusts, Equity Release, Removing Restrictions, New Leases.
