Ordered for our new bathroom floor, but can’t use any of them due to huge discrepancies in size and thickness. Some tiles are smaller than others. Some far thicker than the +- discrepancy advertised. Some of… the tiles were so sharp that I cut myself when trying to go through the boxes to see if there were enough salvageable tiles to try and complete the bathroom floor. Dangerous and completely unsafe to use. Now stuck with no upstairs toilet and shower until we can try and find replacement tiles. In the 24 years he’s been working, our tiler says he has never seen tiles this

I recieved broken tiles last week and they have not been accommodating at all. I had a tile fitter who was supposed to come out this week to fit them but because over half the tiles I received where broken it had to be cancelled. I was offered replacement tiles but had to take photos of EVERY broken tile (approximately 80 broken) and I would still need to wait for stock to arrive. Or I can return them and pay for them to be returned! An absolute joke! I have never dealt with such poor customer service.

ALL REVIEWS TO THEIR OFFICIAL SITE ARE HEAVILY MEDIATED. You get what you pay for, and this stuff is cheap. Bought natural sheera slate tiles. I was well aware that natural and riven meant rough and variations in surface depth. I was not aware it meant such poor quality that even when ordering 30% extra we would still struggle to have enough tiles strong enough to lay. Tile bases were extremely poor with many missing deep sections and others without grip grooves or with hairline cracks that broke when moved or laid. Variations in depth were way over the tolerance stated and when contacted I received

Absolute shambolicly ran business. I ordered over 400 worth of tiles from this company which when they arrived were nothing like the picture on their website. I immediately phoned them and the manner in which I was spoke to can only be described as curt and abrupt. After being given possibly every excuse, I advised them that I didnt want the product that was delivered to me. I was then informed that I would have to pay the same shipping price to have them collected (36). I had a choice when ordering of what delivery I could have, I didnt choose the cheapest and Im certainly grateful
