My car went out of MOT and was panicking about getting it done ASAP (irresponsible but just forgot) rang RS at 8am dropped it down at 9 is and was back with me by 12ish, friendly service, looked trustworthy guys and the usual price. Will happily bring it here for its next service, thank you

I was mortified to have broken down in the town centre, my husband wouldn't pick up the phone so i called RS auto services as i didn't have any break down cover. Within 10 minutes someone had come out to me and fixed the problem, they didn't even charge me despite driving out to me and taking time out of their day to come and help me and i wasn't even a customer. I'm overwhelmed by their kindness and care, they didn't have to come out and didn't have to not charge me. Just goes to show there are still honest kind people out there, and i will be sharing my story with others and recommending them

Took my car for a service I asked for all filters to be changed but apparently my car doesn't have a fuel filter but since I've found out it actually does have a fuel filter. Was told my air filter was checked too but I put an aftermarket air filter in days before and it was a super tight fit so there's no way they got it back out. I just think I payed loads of money for the oil and oil filter to be changed (that's if they even done that). I also asked for the spark plugs to be changed and they weren't because I broke down in London and had to pay 500 recovery because the spark plug went

Took my car to get my headlights fixed, after a day at RS Auto I was told they couldn't fix it. After picking up my car the warning lights came on immediately and the car wouldn't let me drive over 20mph. I took the car straight back to RS Auto thinking it would be a simple thing to fix. However I was turned away, they told me it was nothing to do with them (even though they had been working on the car all day) and it was 4 o'clock on a friday. I was stranded an hour from home and had to call a recovery van.
