Promises the world to get a sale but is rude, unhelpful and goes back on his word once he has your money. Bought a car pointed out body issues before confirming the order, was promised they would be repaired before delivery, car turned up without anything repaired and uncleaned. Sent photos and and email to owner with chase up calls. When a call was fianlly taken Franco was rude and fobbed me off, told me to bring it back in 3 months to get sorted as he had no staff. When i said thats a joke he said he has paid more for a car than i have and has to wait. Absolute joke, would never buy a car from

I visited Chariots to look for a new BMW as I was looking to upgrade and noticed they had some lovely cars on their website. When I arrived I was completely ignored by the staff who didn't even bother to take the courtesy to acknowledge me. At no point during my visit was I made to feel welcome and I felt like I was a hindrance, which is ironic considering I was a cash buyer ready to buy a new car.
Maybe they thought I wasn't a big enough spender to bother spending their time on. I left without even looking inside a car and went to another local dealer where I had a brilliant experience and bought

Considering our company have moved away from Mercedes to Toyota in regards to company cars the lease company (Athlon) will not use the local Toyota dealership they directed me toward Chariots for my first service. As i have only used main dealers in the past i must admit i was a little apprehensive in going to a another dealership more so with a year old car rather than the main dealership but i shouldn't have worried... The service level i got was fantastic and they very kindly allowed me a courtesy car during the service, this was also a well welcomed surprise as i was given a Mini Cooper fully

I recently purchased an Audi A3 sline from here. They worked around me and the hours/days I could do. Robbie was amazing and made the process of buying the car quick and simple along with Franco who ensured I was happy with the car before leaving. When picking up the car everything had been done that had been promised and it was all ready to go when I arrived. I would highly recommend this garage!
