The guy that dealt with me today was pleasant enough and nice to my daughter. His manner isnt the best with customer service but I guess thats just his personality. The pictures framed in his shop look good. I wanted two pictures framed. I noticed that he was selling cards with some of the artwork on one of my pictures so he obviously would have known how much my one picture was worth (30 ish). The quote for framing a 30 picture? 145. I was so amazed I quickly left but after driving away wondered if he was actually joking!! 145 is amazingly overpriced. I have had it done by someone

I got a quote from frametec six months ago for a picture I wanted framing and when I went back today to get it done he had doubled the price! I have also heard him give exstorcionate quotes to others whilst waiting to be served and I find him extremely rude. Do not give your business to people like this!

I went into the shop at the weekend to discuss getting two picture frames. The guy was not very helpful at all didnt ask what type of frame of wanted and gave an approx price which was really expensive. He quoted me 110 and 130. The framing shop on Long Lane, Halesowen have done it for 33 and 45, they went though frames and choices and also had a smile on their face!
