Daren Persson Funeral Services was founded in 2003 by Daren Persson after gaining seven years' experience in the local funeral business. His original North Shields premises was later joined by a new branch at Wallsend. Service to the local community has been Daren's passion and he has become well-known among local families.

Established in 2003, our North Shields funeral home is situated on Walton Avenue and if you are arriving by car to meet with us or to visit your loved one in our Chapel of Rest we have parking available. We organise funerals for people in North Shields and surrounding areas and can help plan funerals of all faiths, and funerals for those who have no religious belief.

Most people will want a ceremony at the crematorium - using their chapel - but you can also hold the service in a church or other venue of your choice prior to the cremation.
