
At Celebrate With Cake, we know that everyone likes a sweet treat to help us celebrate a special occasion and the important people in our lives! Traditionally, fruit cake is cut into 2.5cm x 2.5cm (1" x 1") fingers and sponge cake into 5cm x 2.5cm (2" x 1") pieces. In practice it can be very difficult to cut the cake so accurately and therefore it is more realistic to work on slightly larger portions: 5cm x 2.5cm (2" x 1") for fruit or sponge cakes.

Celebrate With Cake often get asked to make cakes for customers who have an allergy to gluten, dairy or nuts. I am able to make gluten-free cakes with Doves Farm gluten-free flour, dairy-free using Pure Sunflower Margarine and nut-free by omitting nuts. However, all my cakes are prepared and decorated in a kitchen which uses gluten, dairy and nuts.
