Formed in 2003, Varlowe Industrial Services is a west midlands based company that offers CNC Precision Machining, Specialist Pipework Services, Steel Fabrication, Class 1 Coded Welding and Electrical Services. Projects
Project Description BJH contacted us to provide them with some new fabricated structures for AF Blakemore's chiller building. A total of six new loading bay. Way back at the start of 2020, we knew we wanted something that defines us as a company when we acquired the new building. Project Description West Midland Safari Park is an award-winning visitor attraction located in Worcestershire.
CNC Machining
Varlowe Industrial Services CNC Machining department consists of a team of skilled and experienced machinists. We use a wide range of Hurco Milling and Turning machines to produce high-quality components. All of which can be in a range of materials, ferrous and non-ferrous, with full certification.
CMM Inspection Services
Varlowe Industrial Services offer a CMM inspection service using our brand new CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). Our CMM services provide unbeatable services such as dimensional Analysis, CAD comparisons, tool certifications and reverse engineering. Products can arrive in all configurations, so measuring each point must be done accurately.
CNC Turning Services
Our team of highly experienced CNC machinists are skilled in all forms of CNC Turning. They train to get the most out of the machines and create the precise parts required by our clients. We have several Turning machines, from manual lathes to CNC operated Turning Centres. CNC operated Turning Centres offer a host of benefits over manual machinery.
