I bought two amazing bedside table lamps from Ruby Watts and whilst I had to wait for them to come back into stock, the Ruby Watts team kept me informed religiously. When it finally came to the much anticipated delivery, it transpired that the package had been intercepted and the lights were delivered rolling around loosely in a large box originally housing motorcycle helmets! To cut a long story short after speaking to Sophia, every effort was made to look at ways of addressing the issue. Sophia was absolutely amazing in trying to rectify the issue that clearly had nothing to do with Ruby Watts

We now have a dining area with 3 large porcelain British made pendants and a lounge seating area with a ginormous Sputnik chandelier and up/down lighters on the the column posts making the room feel more inviting & now we
