Procedures are in place to maximise the safety of all our staff, and the safety of all players. We have used the recommendations from England Golf where appropriate. 9 holes only per day. Each Range bay slot will be for 30 mins (small basket) 1 hour (large basket) Only one person per bay. Although the pro shop will remain closed until further notice, purchases can be made over the counter for all your accessories and equipment.

Our professisonal golf coach Stuart has been coaching golf locally for 19 years and has a vast knowledge of the game and a wealth of experience in helping thousands of people take up and enjoy this wonderful game. Although each coach has their own style Stuart is dedicated to one important ethos - to help people enjoy their golf to the maximum.
Learn to Play

We will guide you through the whole process and advise you where to play, where to practice, what equipment you will need and how much it will cost. Although golf once had an "elitist" image this has been dispelled over the years and is now a much more cosmopolitan and affordable sport. You may well be surprised at how little it can cost to get yourself playing.
Develop Your Game

Once you've learned the basics you will be ready for the next level. This may just involve a casual few holes with a friend or family member or you may feel ready to participate in some of our friendly ladies or mens or mixed competitions. You may also feel ready to join the club on one of our membership packages.
Juniors
Report
Our Saturday club runs every week throughout the year. This is a 2 hour sesssion for our junior members which allows them the opportunity of playing on the course in a fun but competitive environment with full supervision and coaching provided. Each 2 hour session commences at 10am and costs 10 - membership of the club is just 40 per year and the cost per session then reduces to just 5 per week.
Range
Report
As well as the golf course, the WGA offers a twelve bay practise range, including private tuition bay. The range is floodlit and open from 9am - 7pm Monday to Thursday, and from 9am - 5pm. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The range is also available for private bookings including birthday parties, family get-togethers or work/corporate events.
