The pricing is not clear, slow to respond, delays, communicate 99% by email so difficult to gauge what they need sometimes. To be honest most of the work i did myself, i'm not even sure what i'm paying for.
1 star for politeness over the phone. A 10 min conversation with a client is better than spending 10 mins writing an email and sending loads of attachments, Basically putting responsibility on the client to check everything, rather than the trained professional to spot. Be aware the ONUS is on you to check and question everything.
