We have a great range of cardio favourites covering cycling, running, rowing and the popular cross trainer. Silverback Gym, Tain has the perfect recipe to create a successful training environment.

Silverback Gym, Tain is located in central Sutherland, conveniently positioned on the outskirts of Tain. With the main A9 trunk route running adjacent to the town, we are easily accessible from communities both north and south of Tain itself, as well as from within Tain and the surrounding areas of Invergordon, Alness and Evanton.
