Gym Facilities
Our gyms provide comprehensive strength and cardio equipment across three Highland locations. Industrial-grade free weights, resistance machines, and functional training zones cater to all fitness levels. Climate-controlled environments and security systems ensure comfortable, safe workouts while community noticeboards keep members informed about local events and training tips.
24/7 Access
Unrestricted access allows members to train at any hour across all facilities. Electronic key systems enable secure entry while maintaining safety protocols. This flexibility accommodates shift workers and early risers alike, ensuring fitness goals remain achievable regardless of personal schedules or professional commitments.
Community Focus
We cultivate intergenerational fitness communities spanning ages 16-80. Shared training knowledge and equipment etiquette promote mutual respect. Ego-free zones encourage collaborative growth while dedicated changing facilities and parking provisions enhance accessibility for all members regardless of mobility requirements.
Functional Fitness
Specialised zones feature squat racks, deadlift platforms, and HIIT circuit areas. Bespoke rig installations enable advanced functional workouts while TRUE STRETCH cages offer recovery-focused stretching solutions. These spaces support athletic development and postural rehabilitation through purpose-designed equipment configurations.
Local Engagement
We collaborate with regional businesses like Creative Sign and Print for merchandise production. Gym locations adjacent to major transport routes improve accessibility. Partnerships with local tourism boards help connect visitors to both fitness resources and regional attractions through coordinated information sharing.

Report
Trained for hour great equipment, but it seems their day pass has increased by 50% in the last year...not sure about weekly or monthly . Or I was overcharged. I had to correct the cashiers mistake of charging me 12.50 instead of 7.50 .
Mistakes happen apart from that all positive, would recomend. Opening times are great.
