What is your shipping policy?
UK orders ship via Royal Mail 24. International orders over 70 concertina invitations or 200 flat cards use FedEx/UPS express. Smaller international orders use Royal Mail International Tracked.
Can I see samples before ordering?
We offer two free non-personalised wedding invitation samples to help you choose your perfect design before placing a full order.
How long does production take?
Once approved, standard orders print and dispatch within 1-2 working days. Order-of-service booklets and A1 signs require 5-6 working days for production.

We had our Save the Dates, wedding invitations, table plan and thank you cards done by Sienna Mai. The service was impeccable and really straightforward. Emails were replied to within a day or so. Everything was excellent quality and we received so many compliments about the design. We don't have anything negative to say about Sienna Mai and so would definitely recommend her for your wedding stationery.

Fantastic service from Sienna Mai - we ordered our wedding invitations (both day and evening), table cards for our table plan board, name cards for the tables and menus for the tables too. Customer service was brilliant, good contact throughout and drafts sent for approval very quickly. Changes can be made as many times as needed, and always a… quick response. Delivery always arrived very quickly too, and beautifully presented. We had so many compliments on our wedding invitations, and was great to be able to order the same design for our on the day stationary too, so there was consistently

Wow this company is awesome!! Sienna Mai went above and beyond with my wedding invitations, making sure that every little edit or change that I wanted to make was accommodated. I always received super fast responses, and willingness to make sure that the invites were exactly what I wanted prior to printing. Customer service aside, the invites are GORGEOUS and unique - the 'Order of the Day' section is brilliant. Thank you Sienna Mai!!!
