It has been our dream to live in a new build. Somewhere we would know inside out. However due to the horror stories weve heard about new builds and the tight plots that have become the norm, we just left that dream behind. Until we discovered T Balfe Construction at Handley Chase. From the beginning they were the only part of the chain that never caused us any stress. And believe me it was a stressful chain. They really are faultless. Weve been in our beautiful home for nearly a year now. We see all the hard work that goes into maintaining the greenery around us which is greatly appreciated
