Our food offering is very important to us. Our way is the fresh way; the seasonal way. We believe in quality and professional cooking, that is why we use only local suppliers. Our butcher is J. T. Morgan's located in Cardiff's indoor market, the fresh fish comes from Channel Fisheries in Pontcanna Street.

Of course, we take beer seriously. As well as a wide range of continental beers and lagers, we offer the full range of cask-conditioned beers from our sister company, Even-Evans Brewery in Llandeilo. A classic golden Welsh paleale with hints of tropical fruits balanced by delicious malty finish. And our ever changing seasonal taps.
