When I phoned (at premium rates), they said I must use the website, but no response to my website enquiry. I have found an alternative company that publishes the info I needed on their website. Looks like a lucky escape

As part of a work secondment, we chose to use CIBT and paid their fee upfront. However, I heard nothing for a month, had to chase them up myself, at which point they said the process would be expedited due to the lack of communication. One week later, still nothing. So unresponsive and not at all professional as they take money and do nothing.

This company is a scam. They charge me 124 for an alleged visa I never received, I call them wanting to cancel the service, they told me that I wouldn't be reimbursed, according to them what I hired was information about how to travel from Edinburgh to Turkey and COVID19, when all these details are provided by the government free.

Very over inflated prices. Only use if you are a diplomat! I found out I could have saved 300 on my Russian visa. They also add on extra unseen charges and wouldn't refund me anything when they didn't meet their delivery deadline and they blamed it on someone else!

Worst experience ever using a visa application agency. Doesn't check through materials promptly, kept requesting additional/revised materials in a piecemeal manner even though it is an urgent visa application and time is of the essence. It would have been a lot less work if doing the application by oneself without having to go through them. Avoid this agency if you don't want to risk cancelling your trip last minute.

We have recently used this company to get Russian Visas. They successfully resolved a timing issue resulting in us getting our passports back earlier than expected and with visas attached. Katerina and John were very helpful and swift to respond.
