When designing this new collection we thought about the perfect setting for a fairytale wedding, somewhere hidden, almost lost, somewhere relaxed, romantic and exclusive. We imagined discovering a secret garden hiding a magnificent grand old hall with immaculate interiors untouched by the passing of time, but the garden, once finely manicured, has long since broken free and become an unruly paradise of blooming flowers and fluttering butterflies.

Whilst fruit cake is traditional, nowadays the majority of people either don't have any fruit cake at all or they have just part of the wedding cake made from fruit. It is common to mix and match flavour combinations and have a different flavour for every tier, or you can choose your favourite and stick with that.

We think that the best wedding favours are those you can eat and our personalised hand-iced biscuits, miniature cup-cakes, delicate macarons, chocolate covered oreos, meringue kisses, cake truffles and cake-pops make perfect wedding favours, thank you presents and place settings. The groom's cake is an old British tradition, somehow lost and now rediscovered for the most elegant wedding receptions.
