Markson's was the closest independent piano retailer to me that stocked digital pianos. Damon was very helpful over email and in the shop itself, and I was given plenty of time to try as many pianos as I liked, in a covid- secure way. The delivery was speedy and I am very pleased with my new Clavinova and stool-- great price and really friendly shop.

Very professional and kind service! The removals came on time when we were moving house and met us on location at our new place. They were fast and professional. They even helped me understand how to use a tail lift on my rental van! I booked and paid via email. Really reasonably priced as well. Super company, highly recommended!

Wonderful. Extensive repair (replace a complete set of bass strings after a "teenage" party led to liquid spillage - don't ask!) completed successfully at a reasonable price. Helpful staff. Easy to deal with. Picked up and delivered back by skilled removers.

We needed some very last minute help to move an upright Piano up a very narrow staircase, our original solution had fallen through and we needed the Piano out of the property by the end of the day. I spoke with Noah at Markson Pianos and sent him the access photos and he managed to move round his diary to fit us in and had a crew out to the property within an hour. The problem was then easily resolved and all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

I recently bought a second hand piano from Markson. Before I bought it, I visited the showroom a couple of times and tried the piano to make sure that was the one I wanted. At both times, staff was very friendly and helpful. After the delivery, I noticed a minor issue with the piano. Markson quickly responded positively and rectified the issue at no extra cost. Im very happy with my piano and was very impressed by their customer service. The piano tuner who was sent by Markson was also very good and helpful. Highly recommend to buy pianos from Markson.
