Having recently sold our property through Stuart Rushtons I would highly recommend them. Our sale wasnt exactly straightforward and they were very supportive and helpful throughout the process. I just wanted to thank everybody for all the effort, special mention to Harvey who actually helped me keep my sanity during the sale. They are a top quality local agent with great communication, even outside of normal business hours which seems a rarity these days.. Good job guys!

Staff are very friendly,understanding,i recentley bought a house that was for sale with Stuart Rushton.i looked round it with a very friendly man,who answered any questions.i loved the house put an offer in,the offer was accepted,sadly the seller of the house picked the slowest solicitor in history,so it was a long sale,but throughout Jackie Quantrill was helpful,professional and nothing was too much trouble for her.staff on reception answer phone calls,other members of staff chase things up if Jackie was on holiday,in fact quite often jackie would answer my emails on her day off,the company are

I cannot praise the team at Stuart Rushton enough. From the first visit to our home to provide a valuation, through to the signing of contracts, everybody we came into contact with was professional, knowledgeable and intent on providing the best service they could, but also flexible, approachable and always available to discuss any concerns. As a purchaser for my change of home after 35 years I experienced professionalism and understanding from the first day I viewed my new home to the completion day with the hand over of the keys. Although as a purchaser I am not the actual paying client, I found Richard the Sales Negotiator extremely helpful and empathetic. After much soul searching we decided to sell our large Victorian family home after twenty years.We had two Estate Agents come to the house and both had different tactics to sell the house but broadly in line on price.Not reassured by the different tactics we called in Stuart Rushton he called the same week, immediately Stuart demonstrated three things, he understood Goostrey is an up and coming Village, excellent transport links, train, airport and motorway.He was also aware of our property through knowing the Developer who was refurbishing and extending the 143 old property, he had seen the property
