The practice sent off a referral for me which ended up with me in hospital for days. I have been trying to contact the practice for aftercare with emails and calls. They suddenly stopped responding which is very strange. I understand it is the holidays and may be reduced hours but the phone line still goes through and no automated emails either. Advice for management: create updates for your customers so they are not left in the dark and send automated emails. Last spoken to a Senior receptionist quiet insensitive.

Can not thank the team there enough! We don't I believe thank people enough or champion customer service. The ladies on reception are incredibly helpful and caring called back and made me an emergency appointment and I was seen in 3 hours of making appointment. I had incredible tooth ache and now have no pain and a referral for tooth removal, which is all booked. All I want tobsay is thank you so much for everything and being so professional and caring would recommend to anyone.

I had an appointment with Sarah, the Hygienist who was such a warm, friendly and kind Hygienist. She was excellent at her job and I'm very very pleased with the service. Highly recommend this dental practice and the Hygienists.
