What are your boarding rates?
Daily rates start at £25 for single dogs, with discounts for multiple pets sharing. 24-hour stays from £44 and day boarding from £23. Prices include first and last day of booking.
Do you accept cats and small animals?
Yes, we operate The Cats Whiskers cattery and specialized small animal housing with tailored care programs for rabbits, guinea pigs, and rodents.
What vaccination requirements do you have?
Dogs must be vaccinated against Parvovirus, Distemper, Hepatitis, and Leptospirosis. Kennel Cough vaccination is recommended but not mandatory.
Can I visit before booking?
Pre-booking visits are required to assess suitability. We offer free trial stays after successful initial visits to help pets acclimate to our facility.
Do you offer grooming services for non-boarding pets?
Yes, our luxury grooming parlour accepts non-boarding clients with flexible appointments available. We also offer transportation services for grooming bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. Full payment is due before check-in. We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfers.

At first, this place seemed perfect for our dog who had anxiety issues around other dogs as we could pay extra to keep her in a separate living area in her own room. But when she stayed one night for a trial period, because she was old and it was a new experience, she had wee'd a few times, as most dogs do. When we went to pick her up on the Saturday, we were told that we were late picking her up as all the staff finished midday on the Saturday and there was only the owners staying over the weekend, which made me think the dogs weren't getting very much attention over that period. Wouldnt take our dogs anywhere else, the service Home From Home provide is excellent. We began boarding our dogs here after a negative experience with another boarding kennels, so were quite dubious of trying out another place in case the same thing happened. However, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and its clear they care about the dogs and cats as if they were their own. If theres ever been an issue with our dogs theyre always quick to communicate it to us, and we know that our dogs are in safe hands when left here. Especially love the Facebook updates of your pets

We have just tried Home from Home after our previous boarding kennels closed down. Our dog Jasper had an amazing time! I know he was absolutely well cared for. He came back so happy and healthy. The facebook pictures staff put on were very much appreciated too. Just to see Jasper having a great time on his walk, enabled us to relax and enjoy our break. You can't put a price on that! I love the fact that it's family run too and the staff are so friendly. Thank you all at HFH. We've found another kennels we can trust!

Went for a visit with my dog so he can get used to the place and using the bark park. Absolutely over the moon found this place. Lively staff, especially Claire and brilliant price. Out the way so don't nneed to worry about my dog possibly trying to do the great escape and not near main road. Can also book online which is a bonus. Definitely booking the park out for my dog as he loved it and sulked as he had to leave.
