Welcome to Violets, a mother and daughter run business based in the lovely small village of Sawbridgeworth. My Mum, Donna, is a qualified floristry teacher with over 20 years experience. She opened Violets in 2013 as a solo venture and has gone from strength to strength. There isn't much she hasn't put her skills to, from teaching at local colleges to evening classes & festive workshops where she passes her knowledge and passion onto you.

Over the last four years I have found my flair for everything wild - whether it be a country garden bouquet or a bespoke rustic urn design, I like to let my imagination take over. Having both lived in Sawbridgeworth for the last 20 years it was a dream come true to open the flower shop and be a part of the local retail community.

At Violets School of Flowers you will learn the principles of floristry using a variety of techniques in a relaxed atmosphere that is filled with fun and flowers.
