Road and Racing Performance was founded in 2010 by Alan Cook who still owns and runs the business day to day. Alan and his staff have decades of experience between them and have worked with all marques of road bikes and in various British and World motorcycle racing championships. Road and Racing Performance cater for all motorcyclists from learners and commuters to track day and race riders.

Servicing, MOT's, tyres, insurance crash repair work and paintwork is provided from the premises in Verwood, along with dyno testing, ECU flashing & fuelling and suspension set up, amongst many other services.

Alan has been in the motorcycle industry all of his life after starting as an apprentice technician. He has gained experience with Ducati, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki at franchise dealerships, eventually becoming Service Manager at Crescent Suzuki. At Crescents, Alan was not only running the workshop operations but developing and machining cylinder heads for the factory Suzuki race team, as well as being the chief dyno technician.
