I hardly leave reviews, if ever! However, after what Sukhbir achieved for us I could not recommend him and TP Legal more. We had a time sensitive purchase of a house and land which needed to be completed extremely quickly or we could have lost our offer. This coincided with the end of the stamp duty holiday which meant everyone was busier than usual. Sukhbir absolutely exceeded all expectations. He took us from our offer being accepted to completion in 4 weeks. This is the fastest non auction purchase I have completed and was branded as impossible by the conveyancer I normally use.
