Beautiful hotel. Rooms are catered for those that are staying longer term but that's fine. We were initially put into the wrong room but they moved us no trouble.

Brilliant location and well priced for London. Our windows opened onto a dark courtyard area with no natural light so it felt a bit like a prison room, rooms are decorated like a nice travelodge, for the cost and location it was worth the stay. Staff are very friendly, hotel is very clean, would definitely come back again.

The toilet didn't smell good and wasn't clean, shower curtain ripped. We're also not sure why the room was so cold. Kitchenette was available but no cutlery (yes you could ask for it.). View from the window was ok. Size of the room was also ok. But for the price wasn't satisfied really.

This hotel is beautiful, especially when you first walk in. The location is excellent, on Northumberland Avenue, a 1 minute walk from Nelson's Column. There was fresh chilled water and a vending machine on our floor, just bear in mind the vending machine is coin only! The room itself is lovely, very spacious and with a huge Smart TV! There wasn't a view out of our window unfortunately but this wasn't a huge deal to us. Overall, it was a lovely stay to celebrate my birthday and I will recommend this again as a treat for anyone looking to stay in Central London!
