We provide a complete installation and aftercare service for customers in the London area and have a wealth of experience having installed hundreds of stoves.

At the Firefly showroom in London customers can discuss their requirements with our friendly, experienced team and see our most popular stoves, hearths and fire surrounds. For installation customers we provide free design and technical advice and conduct a full site survey to specify installation requirements.

We believe the service you'll receive from Firefly, from initial contact and project management, to installation and after sales care will be second to none.
