Services
CNC Laser Cutting
Our Trumpf CNC laser cutting system handles materials up to 20mm mild steel, 10mm stainless steel, and 6mm aluminium. This precision technology enables complex shapes and profiles for diverse industrial applications. The 4m x 2m bed accommodates large components while maintaining tight tolerances.
Metal Forming
With 320-tonne and 170-tonne CNC press brakes, we form metal sheets up to 4 metres long. Our advanced forming capabilities produce accurate bends and complex geometries for structural and industrial components. The equipment supports heavy-duty fabrication requirements across multiple sectors.
Welding
We provide MIG, TIG, and stud welding services for mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Our welders meet ASME IX standards with PCN Level II MPI inspection. This ensures structural integrity for critical applications in marine, oil & gas, and heavy machinery sectors.
Quality Control
Our ISO 9001-certified system includes material verification, in-process checks, and final inspection. We use non-destructive testing methods and dimensional validation to guarantee compliance with industry standards for all fabricated components.
Surface Finishing
We offer shotblasting to SA2.5 standard and electrostatic wet spray painting in a 15m x 5m booth. Our finishing processes enhance corrosion resistance and provide durable, high-quality surface protection for industrial and marine applications.
