We offer home visiting by arrangement for those who are house-bound or unable to travel to our clinic. Please use the following contacts for appointments and information.

We are able to assess and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal and rheumatological conditions in adults and children. We offer physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, clinical sport and remedial massage therapy and access to gymnasium rehabilitation at our Balance Health Club Clinic.

Physiotherapy
Report
Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. Physiotherapy is a science-based profession and takes a 'whole person' approach to health and wellbeing, which includes the patient's general lifestyle.
Hydrotherapy
Report
Hydrotherapy is exercise and mobilisations done in a warm water pool utilising the properties of water to facilitate recovery. We use the resistance of the water to help strengthen weak muscles, and the bouyancy of water to help mobilise joints, and stretch tight muscles and other soft tissues. The warmth helps allow for relaxation.

All sports people, at all levels can get injuries, here at Kettering Physio First we can assess, treat and help you back to sport. Injuries can be acute one off events such as ligament sprains and haematomas from impact injuries, or more of a repetitive nature such as tendonopahties.
