The founder and Managing Director, Marcus Westlund gained a Degree with Honours in 2005, is an Affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors and is currently studying towards a RICS accredited MSc in Surveying (2021).We give all our clients a friendly and professional service while offering extremely competitive prices.

We use the latest in Leica technology including Bluetooth distos, total stations and Laser Scanners. These have all the latest technology which enables us to be more productive. Even our top of the range distos have blutooth and smart horizontal mode which means that true horizontal measurements are taken, so its quicker and more accurate!

We offer laser scanning here in North Wales and throughout the UK and use the very latest in Leica Technology, the leica P20 and combined with our Autodesk 2021 software, can produce some very spectacular and accurate results from building facades, sections of churches, bridges, ships and much more.
Land Registry & IT Services

When selling or buying land, sometimes you may need a Land Registry compliant plan and we can do these. Sometimes we do not even need to visit the site. We can purchase Ordnance Survey maps on your behalf and from these create a Land Registry compliant plan ready for your solicitors.
We also offer an AutoCAD services whether its part of a survey or nothing to do with surveying at all, we can offer you a full range of AutoCAD services, even its its just opening and saving files for you.We use the latest technology and believe it is more productive if we compliment this with the latest software and have therefore invested in AutoCAD 2021.
