Questions
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Cats must be vaccinated against feline influenza and enteritis with proof of boosters completed at least one week before arrival.
Can I visit my cat during their stay?
Visits by appointment are allowed 9-10 AM & 5-6 PM daily. Webcam access is available for remote monitoring of selected rooms.
Do you accept pets other than cats?
We board small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, and rodents in their own cages. Bird care is provided in clients' personal enclosures.
What happens if my cat needs veterinary care?
Emergency protocols are in place. Staff will contact your nominated vet or nearest clinic while keeping owners informed throughout the process.
How do cancellation fees work?
No fee for cancellations over 48 hours. 50% charge for 24-48 hours notice, full payment required for shorter notice or no-shows.

My family have been using this cattery for years and highly recommended it. I was worried about my kitten staying in a cattery as we got him during the pandemic and has therefore not met many other people or cats. We had to book him in very last minute and they were so accommodating and I felt very happy leaving our cat here. He was so well looked after and the owners are very kind - you can tell they are cat lovers. Would use this cattery again and highly recommend.

We have boarded our cat with Yana and Paul for many years. Our cat is a little nervous and needy and they have always been incredibly kind towards her. She comes back to us very relaxed. They both love animals and do all they can to make her stay as enjoyable as possible.

We have boarded our cat with Berrylands Cattery for a number of years. Prior to finding them, we had bad experiences with other catteries and found Berrylands to be of a much better standard - friendly owners, clean and warm rooms for the cats and relaxing classical music playing! Our pretty stressy cat never minded going to stay and always came back calm and relaxed. I'd highly recommend them.

Had a bad experience when Boarded my cat here. The wrong cage was labelled up with my cats name. Lucky I spotted this as the cats would have been given the wrong dietary and medication details. Also the food I left wasn't used. My cat was fed different food. My wet pouch food and treats were just left in a bag on top of the cage. The staff said they used their own food. More effort could be made here.

We have just had our cat with Berrylands for a few days, and once again are very satisfied. We have used Berrylands on numerous occasions over a number of years. The owners appear to have a real love of cats, and our cats have always returned in excellent condition: well-groomed etc. Instructions regarding any medication and foods have always been followed. Berrylands also offer a reliable pick-up and drop-off service which we normally use. All-in-all, highly recommended.

We have been using Berrylands Cattery for many years and have been delighted with experience for our moggy. They are very accommodating and flexible but more importantly they have a real love for cats which makes it less stressful for the cat. We leave our cat there for long periods and it's his home away from home. We can always rely on Paul and Yana and there's never a decision as to where our pretty boy goes when we are away.

They sell huge bags of cheap dog food here and it lasts my pooch a long while! They have everything you need for your dog/cat, really friendly too.
