With 30 years of cake decorating experience, including 15 years of trading as Cake Magic and just over 9 years of teaching and demonstrating I can honestly say I still love my job! Cakes are baked and decorated on the shop premises ensuring the best possible quality. Being someone with a gluten intolerance I happily bake gluten free sponges and fruit cakes to order.
These days its not just Victoria sponge cakes chocolate cake and fruit cake that people want so I find myself baking Carrot, Red Velvet, Ginger, Lemon and more. Cakes can either be made and decorated for you, or your own home made cake iced and/or decorated for you. Alternatively I can just bake the cake for you to do the rest.

This statement has led me into some new and interesting ventures, of which the best example is Chocolate Galleons. Back in 2005 I was approached by the team at HMS Nelson in Portsmouth who had read my advert and wanted to test my motto by finding out if I could make for them chocolate replicas of HMS Victory for the 200 year Trafalgar celebrations.
