We have been customers of Bancroft's for 25 years. The first time in the mid 1990's I contacted Alan Bancoft when the hot water tank failed and needed to be replaced. I was facing a hefty bill for an emergency call out, but Alan Bancroft acted rapidly and replaced the tank, etc at a very economic cost. Some years later, (early 2000s) we switched from solid fuel to gas and Bancoft's installed a new Baxi combi-boiler very efficiently taking out the old solid fuel boiler and altering radiators, etc. This was carried out when we were away on holiday. Over the years, we have had various small jobs

I have been using local plumber Bancrofts Plumbing & Heating since moving to Brixham. Over the years they have replaced my old boiler plus central heating, fitted bathroom and cloakroom all to a very professional standard. Most recently they replaced my dripping kitchen tap, their service was, as always, prompt and efficient. I would recommend Bancrofts for all plumbing and heating needs.
