I travelled to Nuneaton car sales today (2.5 hours from home), I ran first to confirm the car was available they said they would check and call me back, within 10 mins they called me to confirm further details and I arranged an appointment. Upon arrival I walked in and immediately felt relaxed, no usual sales pressure I was left to walk around at my own leisure and test drive the car myself. The sales person (Ivan) was friendly,knowledgeable and very helpful , he answered all the questions we had was not pushy at all. We agreed a reasonable part ex change and it was all handled very professionally

Went with my brother to collect his car that he found through AA Car, prior to going, my brother went to see and test drive the car which he was happy with. The cars are all well kept, presentable and there's a good selection of cars to view and see. Tim dealt with the signing over of the car, Tim was very friendly, polite and I could say the same about his colleague Jay. Tim ensured that all the terms and conditions were clear to us, the option of breakdown cover for free was known and made us aware of the warranty the car comes with. Definitely recommend this place!

We've just bought a car over the Internet from Nuneaton Car Sales, partly because of the times we live in and because of the distance from our home. Our initial contact was with Tony via WhatsApp, then Jade who looks after paperwork and handovers with occasional chats with Daniel. We had some reservations buying at distance online but we needn't have. All went smoothly with regular contact and collection was made easy by Jade. Many thanks for your help. We love the car

Having seen a car I liked, I was able to book a test drive on the same day. No issues with contacting anyone at the dealership and when dealing with anyone theyre very helpful. I have just purchased a car and I am very happy with the service and condition of the car. I dealt with Tim mainly and he made the deal with me, again no fault with service. Merry Christmas!

I had a fantastic experience buying my car from Nuneaton car sales. Ivan was great in every step of me purchasing my car. He was very patient and gave 5 star customer service. Treated me with respect and understood my needs. The car was given in a top standard. Cleaned, serviced and MOT. plus he fixed some cosmetic damage. Even when I was waiting, it was in a comfortable waiting room instead of standing around in the cold. They were very responsive to my calls, even phoning me back if they missed my call. Thank you guys and well done. I definitely recommend these guys.

The last couple of cars I've bought from dealers have been a nightmare so it was with some trepidation I walked into Nuneaton car sales, it took a few moments to get my bearings as there is so much going on with all the vehicles being prepped, which I really appreciated, nothing hidded everything is on show.
Looked around the large and varied stock of cars, found one i liked, located Ivan a salesman how was great, no pushing or hard sell, handed me the keys and off i went for a test drive, decided this was the one and a week later I collected the car, the preparation was amazing the car looked
