What is your 'No Pass No Pay' policy?
Vehicles under ten years old pay only if they pass. Vehicles over ten years require part payment upfront, with full payment due only after passing.

Do you offer discounts for multiple vehicles?

Great staff honest and fair...all our family take our cars here and wouldn't go anywhere else...No pass no pay on cars under 10 years old and partial payment on cars over 10 years old...also multi car discount save 10 on each car!

I have been taking my cars to them for many years. I cannot say a bad word. Booking can be done online easily or over the phone. I always use online booking for convenience. After first time booking, there is reminder the next years when MOT is due. The testing always begins at the time booked, never experienced delay. They check your car fairly as they have no interest in failing it. If it fails, it does it for a good reason. Staff are friendly and supportive. There is comfortable waiting area (Boughton site) with WiFi which is useful as otherwise some would be struggling with internet access

Theres nothing worse then waiting for hours. Fortunately took my fiesta in for an mot gave him my keys, straight in straight to the point no wasting time half an hour later Job done back to my day. Excellent service
