First visit, used a Wowcher for afternoon tea. It was fresh and quite nice. Nice staff But they lack client engagement skills and no check on food allergies - which to us was important! We looked out on a waterfall garden, it could be lovely even in winter. Not on our list to return to. Sorry.

A good place to stay. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Same menu though after +8 visits. Obviously not an issue if your only going once. Food is of good standard.

New gym and spa member so probably too early to properly review. Gym is clean and tidy and no issues with access to equipment. Pool area also clean, only thing to note (which appears to be standard for all hotel changing rooms) shower heads generally not great.
Popped into the hotel for a coffee and was bog standard from a machine, which was a little disappointing. Otherwise not bad so far.

Motown evening food was poor and under cooked vegetables were practical raw, sham the singing was not up to scratch. It was supposed to be Motown but she sang about 4 songs badly. Everyone dressed up apart from the singer looked as if she was ready to take the bins out what a let down. Will be looking for another venue for new years eve.
