They delivered a bent replacement skip which took 25 minutes and the use of my crowbar to shake off the full one they took away. During this process they wrecked the public footpath and sunk a small part of my drive. The driver admitted it was the bent skip that caused the problem so would take photos and log a damage report for someone to get back in touch with me. Never heard back for weeks until i chased and even though the driver never said anything about the weight of the skip being too heavy I was told it was a weight issue and to refer to their clauses which basically said they take no

Brilliant service. Would definitely use again. Workmen were so polite, helpful & professional. Cost was very reasonable in comparison to the £90 quoted by the other company (Bucks recycling only charged £30)
