Home to 2 holiday cottages and 5 static caravans which are positioned on an idyllic farm site where you can enjoy a tranquil and relaxing holiday or short break away from everyday life. Situated on the Derbyshire/Staffordshire border near the towns of Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. There is so much to do and see around us, if you like a walking holiday then we are only 25 minutes away from Dovedale which came number 26 in Britain's favourite 100 walks.
There are also plenty of walks around us, there is even a footpath that runs through our land which is lovely to explore on a glorious day. If you are the adventurous type then there is Alton Towers which is only 10 minutes away, Carsington Water, Gullivers Kingdom and so much more the fun will never stop!

We are a small family run farm of 55 acres with a small beef herd. We sit on top of a hill overlooking the beautiful Derbyshire/Staffordshire countryside with a 1/4 mile private drive from the road. We are a family run small holding set in the beautiful hamlet of Calwich surrounded by glorious countryside and panoramic views.

There is so much to do during your stay with us that you will probably struggle to fit it all in. Theme park & water park with a wide variety of rides for all the family, or you can have a go at the crazy golf course. There are many restaurants and cafes throughout the park, across all the different zones to please any appetite.

Turn left just after Shentons garage onto the B5032 towards Uttoxeter, go through Mayfield and you will past the Rose & Crown pub on the left. About mile past the pub there will be a house that sits back from the road called Dove House immediately after turn right over a cattle grid and up a tarmac drive and you will come straight to us.
