I have just read the review re Dovedale Avenue and felt I must let people know about my experience with Dovedale Avenue Eastham. As a new landlord I have had an excellent experience with both Karen and Gayle at Grosvenor Properties. They have both gone the extra mile to support through the process of letting my house. They sourced an excellent tenant within 1 week of me initially contacting them. I have received an outstanding service and can highly recommend the company.

Enquired about a house that had recently came on to Rightmove to for a friend to rent. The house was on Dovedale Road, Eastham and we were pretty happy from the images and video to proceed with an application. A deposit and required rent was ready if accepted but sadly the business was unresponsive and lacked the curtesy to explain if it had been agreed already. As a landlord of properties in Wirral myself, I would like to think that any agent involved would take all enquiries seriously and chase them up. Certainly not a great experience.
