Wow, what an amazing service from Mark, who came out only a few hours after I rang him from returning from my holiday to find out that my hot water wouldn't work. Not a crisis, but inconvenient. Very pleasant and engaging man, explained what he was doing and the cost of repair was music to my ears. I've known David & Mark since I came over about 13 years ago from Yorkshire as a missionary for these Lancashire folk!!!! They came highly recommended & I have used them for all our family's plumbing needs. They have always been very efficient, reliable, professional & tidy .... although it does cost an arm & a leg in teabags!! I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any job large or small.
