Can fault the girls at Spectrum. Lisa did my hair and from start to finish she explained everything at each stage. After decades of box dyes she managed to get me to a colour I never thought I'd achieve. Thanks girls x

Spectrum was fine as always is. I went the haydock one sfaff are lovely i love going and Sarah always does a great job of my hair i couldnt be happier with it. Also the young girl was very pleasant lovely to talk too she washed my hair in a very careful and caring way.

Chemical burns!! There is no mix up I would never leave a review which wasn't honest not only did I complain while my treatment was in process (a topical treatment was applied to ease my discomfort) I also complained afterwards there was no malace this was simply what happened to me as a result of a hair appointment at your salon. I possibly should have esscalted the incident myself but as a CASH ONLY salon I have no reciept. I was honestly devastated and sick to my stomach wondering if my hair would fall out!! I added photographic evidence I received medical treatment as it was that severe I
