We hired a bouncy castle for a child's birthday party. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently & they even brought some ride on cars along too which the kids loved. Will definitely use again!

Worst company I have ever conducted business with. Worst customer service. Please do not use them ever, unless you want money thrown out the window. Very disrespectful and very rude men that came to install the castle for my little's one birthday. Did not even get out the van, he already started shouting, that the bouncy castle would not fit. There were so many options where to put it, but he just did not want to start installing. He was late, no apologies, then spent another 45min arguing with me. He refused to install the bouncy castle and he demanded payment. When I told him to go and that no

Poor service. Don't use. Booked a castle for a childs party with 9 weeks notice. One week before the party they have just cancelled the booking. No explanation given. If you want to be let down at the last minute this is the company for you.

NO STARS! COULDNT GET IT TO POST WITHOUT ADDING STAR
It was easy to order and they came on time. The woman gave me the safety talk very clearly, showed me how to do the wind test and explicitly told me to switch off if raining persistently or heavy wind, I received the safety information, paid and signed. It rained most of day so as advised I flicked the switch off and the castle came down. When they arrived to take away at 6 pm, the man was so rude telling me that the woman would never have told me to flick the switch and that they had to drain off the water and had to blow up. I showed him

Hired a bouncy castle for my sons first birthday. The guys arrived, set up and left with no issues. Collected on time again with no issues. Clean bouncy castle with no hassles. The kids loved it. Would certainly use this company again and recommend to others. Thank you Natalie :)
