Shirt Monkey is a family run business, offering Direct To Garment (DTG) printing using top of the range Kornit Avalanche HD6 printers. Direct to garment printing is a relatively new fabric printing method where the ink is printed directly onto the fabric which results in exceptional "hand" (referring to how a garment feels once the image or design comes out of the printers), and offers more flexibility than screen printing in terms of quantities, color variation and turn-around time.

We offer a range of garment finishing services to give your printed apparel the retail finish! From woven labels to swing tags, each element 'finishes' your garment and turns a basic printed t-shirt into a much more rounded and finished product. Unpick and sew is a service which requires an existing seam to be unpicked prior to any relabelling taking place.

Garment Supply

We offer a 'print only' service for customers who are looking to supply thier own garments. However it is important to discuss this in detail with our sales team prior to ordering your own blanks as there are many things to consider prior to going down this route. Our sales team will talk you through the potential pros and cons of supplying your own garments before you make a decision on which route to go down.

The Kornit DTG machines offer unrivalled colour fastness and wash fastness in the DTG market. We advise all customers to wash thier garments at 30 degrees and do not iron directly onto the print. If you follow these basic instructions then your prints will last a long time! Unlike Screen printing, our water based prints are also much more resistant to cracking and peeling.
