From the first phone call until the last drop off the service was fantastic, the worry of getting me and my friends to our friends funeral were eased throughout because of how professional the team were from Emily organising multiple pick ups and drop offs and the team checking in to make sure everything was perfect, a special shout out to Michael the driver who made a difficult day run without a hitch, the minibus was clean and comfortable arriving 15 minutes early for the first pick up and always there the same for our other 2 pick ups and drop offs, he let us play our music via Bluetooth so we could play our own music, highly recommended and will definitely be my choice in the future

We used Bouden Travel for our wedding day to help transport our family and bridal party, booking two 7-seater vans. We were recommended to them through a friend who had also used them for their wedding just after COVID.

Although it was a little tricky to get hold of them at first, once communication began everything was very clear and straightforward. The admin team were very helpful and accommodating, especially when we needed to make changes to our booking.

On the day, both drivers arrived an hour before the allocated time and were more than happy to wait until we were ready- absolutely no bother at all. The same applied at the end of the night. They were friendly, professional and made the whole experience stress free.

100% reliable. From the initial enquiry to their driver arriving promptly you k ow youre in safe hands. We found this company on Google search and they handled the booking request expertly. They kept me in regular contact and their Southampton partner was professional, courteous and reliable. The 16 seater coach was a Mercedes Executive and spotlessly clean with A/C. We used this service for the Goodwood GRRC Summer Ball. I would not hesitate to use again for any of my travel needs. Special mention to Frias & Humaira who managed all aspects of our booking throughout.

Absolutely incredible service throughout the entire processfrom booking with the friendly and efficient office staff to speaking directly with the owner, Adel, who was professional and accommodating. Ahsan, our driver, was an absolute gentlemancourteous, punctual, and a truly skilled driver. The 7-seater Mercedes was spotless, luxurious, and extremely comfortable. The journey from Birmingham to Torquay and back was smooth and perfectly on time. Couldnt fault a single thinghighly recommended!

We booked my partners Stag trip to Liverpool and back. We could not recommend Bouden enough, the staff were helpful from the second we booked, they were happy to amend my booking when the first hotel let us down. Every time I contacted them the staff were so helpful and friendly. The drivers both showed up on time and we had contact details if we needed them on the day, the vehicles were clean and comfortable, even in the extreme heat. Could not recommend enough; and the price was very reasonable too.

Booked a minibus for 10 for my hen do. Couldn't fault these guys, all emails were answered quickly and efficiently. The driver was on time for pick up on both days we booked and was very friendly, professional and helpful with helping us load and unload our bags. The minibus itself was clean and comfortable. Booking process was smooth, despite ordering on relatively short notice following being let down by Skills Coaches. Email communications leading up to the hire was perfect, coach arrived early and the driver brother Asif was very polite and patient with dealing with us (wedding event). Thank you Asif for your service, all the passengers praised me for booking coach through Bouden as the coach was clean and very comfortable. Couldn't have been more pleased.
