Sports Injuries
Targeted treatment for sports-related injuries focuses on rapid recovery and prevention of recurrence. Our physiotherapists employ advanced assessment methods and tailored rehabilitation programmes. The on-site gymnasium enables supervised return-to-activity training for athletes at all levels.
Acupuncture
Integrated acupuncture treatment is offered by qualified physiotherapists for pain management and musculoskeletal conditions. This evidence-based approach complements conventional physiotherapy techniques, enhancing recovery outcomes through combined treatment strategies.
Pilates
Clinical Pilates sessions focus on core stability, posture, and movement control. Delivered in our purpose-built gymnasium, these classes support rehabilitation from injury while improving overall physical conditioning in a supervised environment.

Report
First time visitor in July to see Margaret following a recommendation from a friend, for a shoulder problem. Super-Covid secure, felt very safe with the thought they'd put in. Very thorough assessment, and Margaret wrote to my GP very quickly for me to get a steroid injection. Would thoroughly recommend.

Report
Excellent experience with 2 separate problems, over the course of a year. Karen (back) and Su (feet) provided a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable treatment and exercises, which allowed me to improve my conditions considerably. Thank you to the Cloisters!
