You can find out more on the Our Container Range page. If you are planning on having the container for a while, we would be happy to customise one for you and make it any length you want. What should I put underneath the storage container? Storage containers should be placed on level ground, if not it can be difficult to open and shut the container doors.

A HIAB lorry has an inbuilt crane which is used to lift the container off the lorry and move it into position. I am unsure whether the lorry will be able to deliver to me. Can you check first? If you are at all unsure, we can always come and do a site survey to check whether delivery is possible. I want my container sited under an overhead cable is this possible?

What is self storage? Self storage is a flexible service offering do-it-yourself storage for business and domestic customers. We provide clean, dry storage units to which you have unlimited, free access during our opening hours. We can arrange to open up at other times by appointment if that suits you better.

What type and size of units can we hire? We have containers which can be used as refrigerated units and these are either 20 or 40 feet long by 8ft wide and 8ft 6in high. These require a delivery with a HIAB lorry. Some of our 20ft units can be operated by a standard 240V supply and others by 440V 32A 3 phase fitted with a C or, preferably, D motor rated breaker.
