Richard and Ling run a very nice guest house. They are very friendly, the rooms are nice and very clean. WI-FI works well and the breakfast is very nice. The one only down side is the parking, it's a bit tight for larger cars.

Lovely little guest house, spotlessly clean and in a lovely spot by the river. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Husband had breakfast and said it was delicious. We unfortunately had to leave early because of a family issue which was a bit disappointing.

Great value for money. Lovely tidy room and bathroom, with a view of the river. Breakfast was lovely, and the owners are incredibly polite and friendly. Only minor issue is the parking, but the owners are very well informed of free parking nearby (:

Bridge Guest House was very clean and welcoming. Car parking spaces were plentifull and street parking was free untill 9am but you have 2 hours free so did not have to move it untill 11am,
plenty of options for breakfast which was very nice with as many refills of fresh juices and coffee and tea.
Richard was a pleasure and Ling is a lovely lady too,
slept right through to the next morning which is very uncommon for me. The cost of staying here was about the same price as the Travelodge in Tiverton but The Bridge House has a personal touch and very nice views,
will be back 100%

We came to stay here for 2 nights and were greeted by the owner Richard who was welcoming and kind to us. Our room was very clean and welcoming with a bottle of water and tea and coffee making facilities (including biscuits). The breakfast was exceptional too. Also cooked by Richard. His Wife Ling served us during breakfast and she was very kind, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her.

To be greeted like this every morning really did set us up for a lovely day. We would definitly stay here again as the hospitality and food was outstanding. Thank you Richard and Ling for making us so
